C4 YOUTH MINISTRY
"Empowering Youth to Change the World"

C4 Youth Ministry is a dynamic department of Perfecting Church lead by Ministers Chris & Deidra Bibby, dedicated to the preaching, teaching and making disciples of youth ages 12-20 within the ministry.

"C4" stands for "Character, Competence, Commitment & Cooperation"

We define these traits as...
Character - "Knowing and doing what's right"
Competence - "The understanding and ability to fulfill God's purpose for one's life"
Commitment - "Dedication to God, his purpose and call"
Cooperation - "Agreement and obedience to the will of God"

Inspired by "I John 3:8b "For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil." C4 was birthed out of a desire to see young people living empowered, Holy Ghost filled lives, who destroy the works of the devil as a result of their relationship with Jesus Christ.

As these traits are activated and detonated within the lives of our young people, we will change the world, one soul at a time.
